A Veterinary Surgeon can visit your pet in your home if this is required, although we will not have access to all the facilities provided in the surgery.  Please note that an additional charge is made for home visits.

In an emergency, prompt attention can be more easily provided at the surgery and we will always fit you in.

There is no NHS for pets and veterinary practices rely on their fees to fund themselves, equip the surgery with the latest equipment and provide a full and comprehensive service.

Accounts are costly to administer, so please help us to keep costs to a minimum by paying at the time of treatment.

There are many insurance plans for pet health care and we advise clients to take advantage of these to protect against the unexpected bill.  Details and proposal forms are available from reception.  In the case of some insurance companies we can accept direct payment for treatment undertaken.  Please ask for details
